Forthcoming events

Springboard Special, a special needs Alpha course, starts Tuesday 2nd March. Twice monthly until 29th June. 7 - 9pm in the main hall at RBC. Includes hot drinks and desserts, a talk and discussion. Please contact church office for more details.

CTR Lent Meeting, Christian Ethics in the Workplace, Tuesday 9th March, 8pm. Dr Peter Briggs, OBE, Retired Principal of Southlands College and Methodist Lay Preacher. At RBC

Mission Focus with Janet Souster, Friday 12th March, 8pm. Focus on Mali. Come and be inspired, encouraged to pray, and enjoy hearing about the challenging projects in literacy and translation work across the country.

Tools With A Mission drop-off collection morning, Saturday 13th March, 10-12pm. TWAM collect and refurbish tools (garden, DIY, car tools, sewing machines, etc.) and distribute in developing countries to enable people to develop small businesses or support their families. No electrical goods please.

Sunday 14th March, 11am, Family service. Led by our uniformed organisations. All welcome.

Sunday 14th March, 6.30pm, Baptism service. All welcome.

Holiday Club planning meeting, Monday 22nd March, 8pm, Small Hall.

Easter Party! Saturday 27th March, 3.00 - 4.30pm at RBC. For children of all ages and families. Beginning with the Easter story in the Sidewalk, followed by crafts in the main hall. Please let the church office or Claire Bornman know if you can come. (N.B. all children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.)

Church members business meeting, Wednesday 31st March, 8pm.

Maundy Thursday communion service, 1st April, 8pm

Good Friday service, 2nd April, 10am

Easter Sunday, 4th April, services at 11am and 6.30pm

Advance notices:

Discipleship Explored, 4 consecutive Wednesdays: April 21st, April 28th, May 5, May 12th. All 7.30 - 9.30pm. Evening will include a light meal, worship, teaching and short DVD presentation based on Philippians, then small group discussion. All welcome. Sign-up lists will be available nearer the event. There will be a cost of £3 per person per session to cover catering.

2010 Ruislip Baptist Church Holiday Club dates: Monday 26th - Friday 30th July.

The first evening and third morning service of each month include a communion service.

A preschool also runs in term time from Monday to Friday.
